Send us your photos of Nantucket Island – its history, its people, its lifestyles, its natural beauty.
Deadline to enter is September 12 • 1st PRIZE $300 • 2nd PRIZE $150
September 12 is the deadline to enter our Nantucket Photo Contest. Photos depicting any season, any view, any time period, serious or silly are accepted, as long as the photo was taken on Nantucket Island. You might even win one of the cash prizes.Winning photos and many deserving honorable mention will be shared with our readers in our Autumn Print edition of Yesterday’s Island/Today’s Nantucket. They will also be posted on Nantucket.net and on YesterdaysIsland.com after the print edition is published.
To enter, email your photos—high resolution only—to ackphotocontest@gmail.com and include your name in each filename (do not send image files with names like IMG_001).
If you choose to use snail mail to send your entries on a thumb drive, fill out and include the form at nantucket.net/photo-contest-entryand send them to YI Photo Contest, P.O. Box 626, Nantucket, MA 02554. Entries must be postmarked by September 12. Photos received later will be entered in the next year’s contest.
By entering the Yesterday’s Island Photo Contest, you agree that all submissions become the property of Yesterday’s Island, Inc. to use in any manner we see fit for Yesterday’s Island and any and all of its subsidiaries, publications, products and ventures.
