Artists Association of Nantucket (AAN) is delighted to be showcasing the Variations on a Theme Exhibition, through Weds. November 18 in the Cecelia Joyce & Seward Johnson Gallery, 19 Washington Street.
“During this exhibition, our artists were invited to bring in either two small works or one large work, which we feel gives the first floor gallery a wonderful cross selection for all those interested in art,” said AAN gallery manager Peter J. Greenhalgh.
With over three hundred artist members, visitors will find oil paintings, watercolors, pastels, mixed media, photographs, ceramics and wooden sculptures, so there is truly something for every style and aesthetic.
AAN is also hosting an Online exhibition during the run of this show, which may be found on our website, www.nantucketarts.org under “Buy Art.”
The Variations on a Theme Exhibition will be on display until Wednesday November 18 at the Cecelia Joyce & Seward Johnson Gallery, 19 Washington Street – in the heart of Nantucket’s Cultural District. The gallery is open, Tuesday–Saturday 10 am–5 pm, closed 2 – 2:30 pm.
